Pasta and Salad for 2 Weeks

Since after the Valentines day, I am eating pasta for lunch and salad for my merienda from an Italian restaurant in Eastwood.

I am already starting to dislike the food, but the good news is I have lost a kilo. I will try to look for another variety of food that will help me loose some weight.

Anyway I will going back to my weekly swimming activity.

Time for some fitness fitters.
